Cancellations and Refund
We understand this is a custom order and understand if payment is not made in full by final consultation, this contract will cancel and all payments are forfeited. Contract cancellation must be made in writing. Cancellations made prior to final consultation will receive a 50% refund of total balance that has been deposited, less non-refundable deposit. Retainer If the Client has not reached at least 50% of the total balance, the consumer will not receive a refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to wedding date will receive no refund. If the date is moved from the original date there will be a $250.00 movement fee. In the event that the client wishes to change the date or cancel after an initial date move has been made, the client will forfeit all payments made to Blossom Events and the contract will become void. There are no refunds for cancellations of individual items after contract is signed. The value for those items will be utilized to upgrade purchased. All prices will vary depending on changes made to original contract. The security deposit is refunded upon return of items in condition items were received.
