Q. When should I make my reservations?
A. Early planning ensures product availability. We take reservations up 1 year ahead of the event date. We ask for a 50% non refundable deposit to confirm a reservation. The reservation fee is your assurance that the items requested will be available on the day you request. In so much as we will turn other people away to accommodate your reservation, cancellations will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Please be sure of your plans before making reservations.
Q. What about changes in my order?
A. Additions are welcome based on availability. Small deletions prior to delivery (except Fresh Flowers, Specialty linen) can be accommodated. Major deletions can result in forfeiture of deposit.
Q. How and when do I pay?
A. Payment is due before items are released to a customer. A 50% non refundable deposit is required on the initial order, the balance due upon release of the order, or in the case of deliveries, 3 days prior to delivery.
How long do I get to keep my rental items?
Our party rental rates are meant to cover one use, or one event. Within reason, you may keep the items as long as necessary to make the transaction easy for you, generally up to three days. We call this an “event rental rate”. If you use the items more than once, we will charge you accordingly.
Q. Is there a charge for delivery and pickup?
A. Delivery and pickup are available at a fee determined by several factors that include location, amount of equipment being delivered, and time. Deliveries are Drop off. Set up and Take down services are available at an additional charge and should be arranged in advance. Please contact us for a quote for your event.

Q. Q. What size dance floor do I need?
Each dance floor comes in a 3’x3′ section. All sizes are available. Here are some general guidelines to help you decide what size dance floor you need:
12’x12′ (fits 32 people)
15’x15′ (fits 50 people)
18’x18′ (fits 80 people)
24’x24′ (fits 150 people)
30’x30′ (fits 200 people)
